Reverse osmosis (RO) is commonly used in small and large applications for purification and desalination of water. INSTRAL BV gives advice and delivers RO units and additives.

Due to the higher salt load of water in the RO system, carbonate and sulfate scales can be form on the membrane. This causes a decrease in capacity of the RO unit. An anti-scaling agent is needed.  INSTRAL BV delivers a total chemical package of cleaning agents and anti-scalants to optimize the production of purified water and to reduce production stops. For each type of membrane process and water quality INSTRAL BV has a specific Water Treatment Program consisting of one or multiple products in the C-Force^® range.
